We purchased our almost brand new car from the Rabit Auto Sales in Denver, from Tony Fernandes. His professionalism and easy processes made the purchase fast and simple. Everyone there was pleasant and nice to deal with. Tony Fernandes has been an excellent service advisor. He always takes care of our car like it was his own. He only suggests repairs when needed and gets it done fast. This dealership needs to be on your radar the next time you need a vehicle or just some maintenance

I am very dissapointed with Rabit Auto Sales. I spoke 3 weeks ago with Tony regarding a Tahoe. I called Rabit Auto Sales and Mr Tony Fernandes answered. He described very accurate the Tahoe. I informed him that I will think about and I will let him know. After one week I decided to pay them a visit and see the inventory and test drive the Tahoe. Being 300 miles away I left to Denver along with my wife decided to spend the Saturday like a road trip. I left home around 9am and I arrived at the dealership around 2pm. When I arrived Tony was very surprised to see me. Now comes the issue: They only have few cars at the address. They keep most of the inventory 10 miles away in a warehouse because they sell most of their vehicles online. He told me that if I wanted to test drive the car I should have made an appointment, for them to be able to bring the car to the dealership and because I did not called before to make the appointment I can't see the car that day because being Saturday he was the only sales person at the dealership. He should have told 1 week before I came that if I want to see a specific car I should make an appointment. He forgot to tell me. Because of this I do not recommend them. Very poor customer service. Although I have a have a friend who bought from them I was very dissapointed. I won't recommend them because Tony made me lose 1 day from our precious life. If you still want to buy a car from them make sure to call them before to make an appointment.

I bought a Mercedes from Tony Fernandes over the phone and wired him the money. He said I will have the car within 7 days. 7 days came and went and no car. Numerous attempts to contact Tony via email, phone were unsuccessful as he would not answer my phone calls. When called from new number, he would hang up as as he realized he was talking to me. Lost a great deal of money and no car to show for it.
