Residential Remodeling, Additions and Home Improvements Contractor . State Licensed -Local License -Epa Certified Lead Base Paint Renovator -Insured Committed to quality at a fair price -Customer retention rate above 90% for 30+ years - Owner is a hands own builder .We try to service only one job at a time ,day to day untill finished .We use the best tradesmen in the Rome area.We encourage green construction . A common asked question of potential customers is "do you think this house is worth remodeling or should we sell and build". My answer is always " If you like this house and you like living in this neighborhood, then remodel " . "If you don't like living here then sell and go some place else" . We never encourage customers to do unnecessary projects . These are our standards of ethics and we stick to them .
