Richard is a great! I had a house fire and allstate is still not doing they want they ar supposed to. I was highly upset with dial electronics. I went to the location, richard knew our name we called nearly everyday. He walked us around his shop and showed us the process. After speaking with him my husband and i felt better. He even emailed allstate the lost products. Which allstate still hasnt paid! 5 stars for dial electronics. -100 for allstate if you have allstate drop them!!
