Not i didnt have a good experience with this company, my recommendation to everyone not to used this company MSO, I moved just because i didnt want to deal with a root and disrespectful owner. Overcharges when you are not using they service...

I hate them!!!!! They suspended my water for 2 late charges $5.00 and my actual water bill is current. And trying to charge me $75 to cut it back on. Very rude, unprofessional, and will not offer online billing!

Worst billing and client service in the world....pointed out error in billing..charged late fee...."that's the way it is"

I have never been late in the four plus years I have lived at my home. Last month the Post Office must have lost my check as they did not recieve it. The girl was very rude when I called and told me to take it up with the Post Office. They were still charging me a late fee. Unreal, unprofessional, rude, discourtious. Unfortunaly, I would have to move to discontinue using MSO as our subdivision is on a community well managed by them. Dan Oehm
