We hired this company for siding and shutters on our new home. We made our selections and the Asian crew that installed it didn't seem to know what they were doing. They were only using one nail for every 6 feet of metal flashing and not covering holes that insects and animals could enter. A few days later they installed the wrong shutters. While it was being completed a family of Robins nested in our heating ducts and had babies. We have pictures if bird poop all down the back of the house. A week after "completion" a piece if flashing came undone and just swung around until it eventually fell off. We contacted Affordable Siding and we were continuously assured by the owner Zach that once we moved in he would make sure it was taken care if because "that's not how we do business ". We had major delays in the interior finish but were told over and over by Zach that it was fine and once we moved in all would be well. In that time we had carpenter bees, wasps, birds and other animals nest in the growing gaps (remember only one nail per six feet of flashing) and other pieces were tearing off, falling off, or just dropping to the ground. Once we moved in (less than a year after the siding was completed) we contacted Zach to have these items addressed. Suddenly he wouldn't take our calls, return emails or acknowledge us in any way. He had a sales rep tell us that he "didn't think he was going to cover this because it was out of warranty? Nightmare!
