I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS.
We called our insurance to make a claim to replace our back window on our truck and had Dan Wiles (the owner of Affordable Auto Glass) come to my husbands place of work to replace it on 2/28/2020.
Sunday 3/1/2020, we noticed ALL THE DAMAGES he had done to our truck. We proceeded to call the following Monday morning (March 2nd) and called 3 times and left a voicemail for Dan to call us back immediately as we were NOT happy whatsoever with the work he had done. He returned our call within 5-10 mins after we left that voicemail and stated he will “call his buddies body shop and call us back.” He did so. In both phone calls that day he stated he would take care of the damages and us. Now it is March 23rd, 2020, I was on the phone with our insurance company while I was trying to figure this all out with them my husband called Dan any other 3-4 times and no answer. We’ve left 3 or 4 voicemails, called him about 10 or 15 times total, also including multiple text messages as well and have yet to hear anything at all from Dan since March 2nd, 2020. We are livid and VERY disappointed with the treatment we are receiving from this business and will never recommend him to anyone EVER! I had a estimate done on the damages he did at a Collision center in Tempe it was $4,743.35. He damaged our headliner, cracked the third brake light on the top of the cab, and put extremely deep scratches in the paint around the window. The new window itself has a chunk missing/cut/broken off. We are extremely disappointed that Dan will not return our calls/voicemails/messages to get this resolved. He’s clearly avoiding any contact we try to make to have him pay for the damages he has done. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
