I want to give Ben Emerson an "Atta Boy" for his outstanding customer service. He recently put an auto craft gold battery in my wife's mini cooper. From the moment I walked in the door, ben was taking care of my problem. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Eventhough a battery was all i needed, ben went the extra mile and gave me a system check to ensure me that my starter and alternator were okay.
