i LOVE this company. They have the cutest apartments. I've rented an adorable Single apt. in Burbank from them for three years now. I feel safe, nice location, close to everything. Rarely do things go wrong, but on rare occassion when I had to call for a service problem, they were there within 30 min. Reliable, easy to work with.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE... The buildings are old and poorly maintained, not to mention infested with ants, roaches and other vermin. DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT FROM THIS COMPANY... YOU'LL BE SORRY
