We used Chuck's Roofing a few years ago. After we had fully paid him, we had leak just above the door to our deck. Over a period of weeks, I called Chuck and left numerous messages. He NEVER returned my calls. This morning, my wife saw him working on another project in our neighborhood and approached him. He said he would stop by our house and take a look. He did. When I went outside to speak with him, he didn't like my tone. When I mentioned that I was frustrated because he never returned my phone calls years ago, he packed up and left -- but not before cursing me out.
