UCTC is Utah's premier martial arts training facility with courses in Boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling, ilovekickboxing, and Zumba.

We offer courses for Men, Women, and Children. Groups, Privates, and Families are all welcome!! The folks at UCTC make you feel like part of the family. It is a fun and enjoyable place to take the whole family for fitness and self-defense.

One of the best training facilities in Utah without a doubt. Mike and his staff are very knowledgeable in their trade, not to mention that Mike Stidham is truly a pioneer in bringing MMA to Utah. You can't go wrong by making the Ultimate Combat Training Center your training center, and they LOVE kids too!
