The folks at UCTC make you feel like part of the family. It is a fun and enjoyable place to take the whole family for fitness and self-defense.

One of the best training facilities in Utah without a doubt. Mike and his staff are very knowledgeable in their trade, not to mention that Mike Stidham is truly a pioneer in bringing MMA to Utah. You can't go wrong by making the Ultimate Combat Training Center your training center, and they LOVE kids too!
