Jade Hopper6 seconds ago STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS " Salon"...they absolutely DESTROYED my eyebrows and my hair! I asked for the exact same color as my natural color which I already had and she dyed it JET BLACK and got black hair dye all over my face, ears, skin etc....then she waxed my eyebrows and left me with McDonald's arches for eyebrows. I have a very full and black eyebrows that are very easy to wax for everybody else and Stevie wonder could've done a better job on my eyebrows. I have basically three weeks before my eyebrows are going to begin to look normal. right now my hair and face are completely destroyed just in time for the holidays. Her name is Rachel and when I was speaking to the manager about it she came over and decided to sit there and LAUGH while I showed the manager what she had done. she is lucky that I didn't rip her skin off. The manager did not offer to do anything other then re-wax my eyebrows which is ridiculous considering she left me with no eyebrows anyway…my eyebrows are like Kim Kardashian's and are beautiful and now I could count the hairs left where my eyebrows used to be.they should have given me a full refund and instead they offered to do nothing but wax my eyebrows even more. THESE PEOPLE ARE VOID OF TALENT AND YOU ARE TAKING A RISK.
