Good Morning; I am a employee at your 1212 Store! My name is Mark, I am e-mailing you this a.m. for your help,Please! I really enjoy working here and am looking to be trained by the worlds largest Food Chain. I think the people here are Great people and are hard working folks. After being in the food business for over 25 years, and trained in Management myself, I find myself confused with some of the training here at 1212! Once I was yelled at(i don't want you killing someone) I put down 4 quarter pounders, on the wrong temp; Doina yelled that to me in front of the whole Rest; and crew! Doina is a very hard working person, we are lucky to have her, I enjoy working w/ Doina and everyone esle! Please help me to understand the McDonalds way of training! There have been other mishaps in training, or lack of training, again, I am asking for your help in this to become a better employee, and future Manager! With the Worlds Largest Food Chain and it's Management Training I feel as though I can become a better person and a better Manager! I look forward to your help with this matter!
