I recommend prior to signing a contract with Ruppert Homes, you have an attorney thorughly review it. As a result of on going delays it cost me overe 10k in additional housing costs. Ruppert Homes indicated 90 to 105 day turn around and came in two months past due and did not delivery the flooring I paid for. My floors don't match the stairs and don't match railings or banisters and all of the door casing and trim work is 3/8" off the floor. This is not an ethical company and I recommend you do not purchase from them. There are a several buyers in my location that feel the same way. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND DO YOUR RESEARCH. I WISH I HAD TAKEN MORE PRECAUTIONS, NOW IM JUST STUCK WITH A HOME I HATE.
