I won a straight stitch industrial machine from this generous company for a fashion design competition this year at Career Day in Dallas. Bill Harris and Ben Gomez not only showed me around their store and familiarized me with the options for sewing equipment, but they upgraded me to an industrial serger free of charge due to the fact I already own a straight stitch machine. All I had to do was ask. Bill wanted to make sure they awarded me with something that would benefit me in my future business. How kind! Also, Ben delivered the machine, set it up, then worked with me for over an hour ensuring I knew how to use the machine properly. Winning the machine was such an honor, but the extensive amount of time and consideration City Sewing put into making this happen was commendable!
