I had the opportunity of having Todd Gegelman's son Dev come to my home to sell me the rainbow system. Upon returning it two days later Dev went from the nicest sales person to someone who was very rude to me and my 60 year old husband. It was also very unfortunate that after weeks of trying to get my old vacuum back that I got absolutely no response from Todd and when Dev finally returned the vacuum it was broken. I had such a poor experience with this company I vow to tell everyone I know never to do business with them again.
