Very unprofessional company. They do nothing when addressing any issues from their customers. We have to hire our own subcontractors because Reality Mart Mgt. always send out the same service guy (a relative to Reality Mart) who makes every excuse to not do any work and never has done any work. Reality Mart waists or communities money by mismanaging everything. EX; They forget to send out our association fee payment booklets, then send out another letter threatening everyone with a late fee, then send out a letter saying that the forgot. We pay for ALL of their mistakes. Choose any other management company other than Reality Mart Management Company or you will regret it!
