Mr. Bass is by far the worst attorney I ever dealt with. He refuses to return e-mails or phone calls. The only time he actually responded was when I filed a complaint with the GA. Bar Association. I spent $10,000.00 up front for no services and when he decided to involve himself with my case, he suggested that I drop the suit. When asked about the $10,000.00 retainer, he said that was the cost of doing business and he refused to return any portion of the retainer. I have filed another complaint with the GA. Bar. Please check his legal status to practice and any complaints against him. I would not let him represent my dog is any legal manner as he will not return or appropriately represent you or your case. He will slyly say this is how things are done in Fannin County. He will blame the Judge for your case not being heard after seven years and when confronted with the inconsistencies of his lies, he will ignore your repeated request for closure and a refund. His office staff is actually more incompetent than he. No wonder, he hired based on his own incompetency's and probably does not know the difference. When I asked why I can not get a court date after seven years, he stated he did not have my phone number or e-mail, even though he would e-mail his apology for not answering my letters form previous request.
Please save yourself time and stress by NOT engaging this idiot for any legal services. He is the most unprofessional attorney I ever met. DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY.
