This business did not complete my car detail. They neglected to put the shine on my tires. When I went back 3 weeks later, I requested another wash that did not include the tire shine and asked if they would please do this as they missed it the previous time. OMG they told me I should have brought my car back sooner ( $4 fee folks ) and that there was nothing they could do for me. They actually went in and looked up the video to see if the tires were shined as paid for on the previous visit like I stated. If I am going to lie, it is not going to be over a $4 add on fee. I had purchased a Butlers Best that was over $50/$60 and will not be making that mistake again. The owner there had their employees freaked out to possibly give me a free tire shine, said it would be considered THEFT. Who video tapes every angle, every square inch of a car wash facility. Bank maybe, but a car wash? Your customer service policy STINKS and I hope this reaches other unsuspecting potential customers. Go to PJ's on State Street or the Auto Mall on Godfrey Road for half the price, and none of the hassle. This business owner knows N O T H I N G of good customer service and treats employees horribly.
