I have been living in chestnut village for a while now. the albert corp and the management do not care about their tenants. I am still having neighbors harass me every single day with noise from above and this company refuses to do anything about it. also there is no visiting policy. the people who have been visitng- have been there almost 2 months now, waking us up at 8 am and keeping us awake until 11, and creating noise that is "doubled foottraffic" + a running screaming child who they refuse to quiet down. i have been complaining 50 days straight and the albert corp is saying there is nothing they can do... DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE EVER!! they do not care about anyone and the walls are paper thin. also they "fix" things and charge you for them, but the issues are NEVER resolved. Stay away from the Albert Corp they are scammers
