My experience with Dr. Chad Bauer recently can only be described as unprofessional. My 83 yr. old mother had purchased a hearing aid from Dr. Bauer that did not achieve good results for her. Upon returning the device for credit, she was treated rudely. Despite the fact that we were there at the appointment time, the doctor refused to explain the credit details because he was " too busy". When we insisted that we were entitled to know more about the ~$2800 credit, then he became argumentative and very disrespectful. Beltone needs to seriously reconsider whether it should be represented by an individual that could behave this way to an elderly patient.
