They Filed a motion to Evict me in retaliation. I had already moved out “in agreement with owners” due to inadequate heating and failure to repair. Because I helped My neighbors appeal there case against Cooper and Associates, they and the Judge took revenge. My lease was with the original owner not Cooper and Associates. I didn’t find out about the evict until a year later. Now I’m seeking counsel to remedy this. Further more my neighbors case was thrown out by appellate Judge because Cooper and Associates came to court without a lawyer. Yeah Corporations cannot represent themselves.
