owners are great but staff is not professional at all and do not quote charges entirely until you pay and services have been done. Techs try to act tough and intimidate customers, very unprofessional!!!! They need to be courteous and explain all applicable charges regardless of who you are. I do believe Jess and Tish may not be aware of what goes on when they are not around. because of this your better off using local dealership or other shops with more professionalism!!!
