This place made the experience about as nice as I could have ever expected it to be. You'll meet some great people, you'll never feel overwhelmed or like you're being taken to the cleaners, and you'll walk away absolutely satisfied with both the experience and the product you end up with. And if New York Diamonds can provide that kind of experience for someone like me, then suffice it to say that this place is an absolute winner, one of the best shops of its kind in the area.
