Don't recommend. Called on 7-29-13 to set up service. August 14th and still no bucket for trash. I was told to put the trash out by road and it would get picked up, well I'm still waiting. Called on August 14 to cancel service and guess when I received the trash buckets...Yep! On the afternoon of August 14th. Then they picked up their buckets August 15th. Waste Management picks up their buckets faster than they pick up the trash. My daughter to set up service 2 wks. ago...Yep! Still no bucket. It's a shame she set it up Online and Prepaid. She cancelled today and when my daughter asked about a refund she was told she would receive it in 4 to 6 weeks. WOW!!!! They know how to take your money fast, but not to refund it or take your trash. Waste Management SUCKS!
