I feel like a just got raped. Paid him his $10,000 retainer. He did not return my calls ever. The only time he called me back was exactly 30 days (to the day) later when he left a message saying he had sent me another bill. For, you guessed it, another $10,000 retainer. When he filed the case he got the information all wrong and misstates obvious facts that he didn't give me the chance to explain. Needless to say we lost...big. Plus what really hurt our case is that he missed two important filing deadlines.
