I would not recommend buying anything from this business, the owner promised to service the spas that he sells and now refuses to provide service. As the owner of cabin rentals, the spas were purchased along with covers, parts and products with the assurance that service would be provided promptly. Messages are not returned, the shop is often closed during traditional business hours. The owner finally answered the telephone on March 11, and promised to make a service call, it is now March 15 and he has not arrived and does not answer calls. Guests are due to arrive and the spa is not in working order. Other spa dealers will not service spas that they did not sell, so where does that leave a customer since 1993.
