Private studio that specializes in High Intensity Strength Training. We specialize in High Intensity Strength Training which is a very efficient, productive and safe way of training. Our focus is to work all the major muscle groups in a slow and deliberate fashion that lasts on 30 minutes. People may have different reasons for working out but they all have the same need and that need is to build STRENGTH. The most effective way to strengthen muscles is to lift weights. High Intensity Strength Training places more emphasizm on "form" rather than how much someone can lift. You need to be willing to go out of your comfort zone in order to gain strength.
