Very unprofessional. Mr. Zanelli consistently missed his own committed deadlines. Project that was supposed to be delivered in 5 weeks took 6 months. Eventually we had to hire an attorney asking Mr. Zanelli to finish the project in a specified timeframe or refund all our advance payments. My advice is not to engage Zanelli Woodworking. But if you do happen to work with him, do not give advance funds, and hire a very good attorney.
