Billy's L&B Seamless Gutters out of Piqua Ohio installed new gutters on my home they looked really nice but three of my gutters are retaining about a quarter inch of water which in the winter when it freezes will probably make the gutters come down off the roof and they came out and made an adjustment which did not work now they will not return my phone calls or text messages messages I paid $2,500 for gutters that don't work I would highly not recommend Billy's l * b Seamless Gutters out of Piqua Ohio they are very unprofessional and how they speak to you also! Their solution was I can make it really ugly ugly for you by adjusting the hell out of it so that one side is way taller than the other side of the gutter. I said no thank you and started doing research all they have to do is go in the middle of the 30 ft stretch of gutter and make it slant toward each end of the building and install another downspout but they're unwilling to do that to make a right. So just letting others know that they don't care once you get your money!
