I found the director extremely difficult to work with — lots of staff turnover and very little scheduling flexibility. Their facility was dark and dirty and so cold that we all had to keep our coats on.

If you are looking for family services, this company is NOT recommended. They are very unprofessional, undependable, and do not have children's best interest in mind. My experience with them has been dreadful. I cannot say anything positive about working with them at all. There are many other agencies in the area that provide better family services. This one only adds to the issues. Please do NOT use them!
