Don't be fooled by the "good reputation" they set up with customers who purchased vehicles from them. It will be a nightmare if you have your car that didn't come from them fixed by them. I went there because a friend who purchased a car there recommended it. I had my tire changed at Traditional Auto and they charged me $510 for the full service without doing the alignment. I am sure you can find a better deal or even half of the price to do the tire change anywhere else. They charged me $330 for the brake rotors change during the inspection. It is only $50 online for each. I could not argue with them because they failed my inspection. Also, they didn't fix the noise sound problem of my car but charged me for the service. The shop owner said " it is not a big problem because you can still drive your car". But why did you charge me for the poor service as you knew that you couldn't fix it? Plus, the owner is not friendly in terms of negotiating the price. He always had the invoice ready before you came to pick up the car, leaving no possibility that you can negotiate the price with him.
