I called this service to look at plugs in my home and test my circuit board in the garage. I was charged for 2.5 hours of work and the gentleman was here a total of 1.5 hours (the charge was $225.00 for labor and $75.00 for parts. When a asked about the pricing on parts ($10 over) and the labor ($90.00 an hour) . . I was told that there was an extra $10.00 charge for mark-up and that the labor was charged from the time the service tech. left the office . . . This company isn't located in Corrales but in Albuquerque. Very POOR customer service!!!! The work was good though if you don't mind paying an extra $100.00!!!!!
