My father bought a recliner from them, and it was his first time getting warranty on a chair. Well the part that you put your feet on is now messed up. So he goes in to get that fixed, and they tell him the company that gave him the warranty with the chair no longer exits, and Morgan Furniture can't do anything about it. I do not understand why you are having warranty company's just leave, and then it makes you look bad, and then you say you can't do anything about it? Now that just makes you loose business in my eyes. If you have anything more you can say about this please e-mail me at @ [email protected]
