Went in for bagels, lox & chicken salad on Friday. Got home & noticed I got the wrong bag and my $!5 lox & chicken was apparently given to someone else. Went in for bagels, lox & chicken salad on Friday. Got home & noticed I got the wrong bag and my $!5 lox & chicken was apparently given to someone else. I drove back 4 miles during the morning rush (10 MPH), not only did I not get an apology, but I figured they would at lease throw a bagel or 2 in the bag for my trouble. I thought wrong. To add insult to injury the chicken salad had turned bad. This was not my first problem here, so I will not be coming back & relaying my experience to friends and neighbors. So much for old fashioned service.
