The first time I have ever walked in for a carry out order and have been a long standing customer, I will never buy or eat Papa Jonhs pizza again. The manager was rude, unprofessional, yelling, disruptive and on top of that . She took her mask off seversl times, she was yelling at staff, she wore the same gloves to tend money and make the pies all the while talking over me making sure I k ew she was not the company she just worked there. All because I asked her about a price of a regular pizza. The Covid-19 Pandemic has go e to quite a few people's head. If this is what Customer Service has come to in the fast food industry, I guess I can save my money and make my own food. All because my kids asked for pizza and I really did not want to pay the crazy delivery prices they now charge for cold pizza they leave at your door? She is way to comfortable with her job. No hair net throwing her head back and forth with this sloppy bun on top . if you find hair in your throat it was her. And speaking to the employees as if they have no right to apologize to me for her ignorance. Just want to write to the company... Bad Business.
