I had a horrible experience with this company. The first time I called, my phone was answered by the owner of the business and he came out to my home and conducted the business we discussed within an hour. I (and my mortgage lender) have tried to reach him subsequently to ask a question and have not received a single callback regardless of the fact that over the past six days I have left more than 15 messages with his answering service, sent him an email and also a fax. Utlimately, I drove to his business today, which, by the way is attached to his home, and although his service vehicle was there he did not answer his business buzzer or his home buzzer. DO NOT use this company if you need professional assistance.

Phil did several home inspections for us and was absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend him as he was very thorough and took his time explaining what he was looking for, etc. He even stayed an hour or two longer to explain everything to my inquisitive Realtor as well.
