I had my oil changed with no prior issues with my vehicle. A couple of weeks later my oil pressure gauge started acting weird when I braked and turned (Note I only drive my car about once a week). I was told it was probably a sensor and to come in. When I brought it in Kenny told me it wasn't my sensor and that it did have low oil pressure and that it was ticking and it was my oil pump and it was going to need replaced and it was going to cost me between $1200-$1500. I would assume at that point they also checked my oil. They are called Express Oil.. I went to get a second opinion today and it turns out my oil pressure is not in fact low and it was just almost out of oil somehow nit long after they changed my oil. They don't see a leak big enough to lose all of that oil so where it went is a mystery. But it is obvious that when I was there right after my oil change the low oil was the problem and they jumped on it being a $1200 fix instead of just checking my oil. After the second place added oil today all of the problems I was experiencing went away. I'm a single mother and feel kind of like he was taking advantage of my not knowing what was going on or maybe the fact that I was trusting them. I'm not sure. I definitely won't even be getting my oil changed there again since we're not even sure where my oil went that fast. I just keep going back to being a business with oil in the name, oil being the problem, and not checking the oil.
