I did not have a pleasant experience at Jeffrey & Randy's. I went in to purchase a gift card for my boss and it just so happened she was there. They were really good about working with me so she wouldn't see me. However, when she went to pay for her service, they informed her it was already paid for by someone who came in earlier, then proceeded to describe me....UGH! I even told the owner earlier it would be for another time. So then I had a worthless piece of paper to present her on her birthday from all of her staff! When I spoke to Randy about it, he proceeded to cover for the lady that made the mistake and place the blame on me stating "Well maybe you shouldn't of came in and bought it if she was here....that's just the bumps & bruises we get through life....I've already apologized, I don't know what else you want me to do" All in a very coy, condescending mannor. I thought the way he handled the latter part of the situation was extremely unprofessional and rude! The stylist made a 'mistake' yes, but it was something important to us and it was completely ruined and then on top of that, be rude about the situation and say it was my fault. Really unprofessional and distasteful.
