I recently purchased some christmas coffee mugs from Christie's hallmark in Hilton Head SC. Seven of tje mugs developed chacks on the inside. The mugs were never microwaved or ran through a dishwasher. The cracks developed after only a couple of uses for coffee. The item number for these mugs per you label was X 1708. I do not believe these mugs should have developed these cracks so quickly and must be defective. I am writing you to request replacement of these mugs with mugs that will not fail so quickly.
