I brought this company on board to clean our organization's offices based on a recommendation from another coworker who had worked with them in the past. She couldn't have possibly known the depths of their inefficiency. The owner Ed is completely unprofessional and has a distorted perception of what good customer service is. Their cleaning was often sub par; they broke things and refused to replace them. The cleaning men they sent could not communicate with staff due to a language barrier and often arrived well before our close time, inconveniencing the staff and causing uncomfortable situations were confidentiality was concerned. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worse enemy.
