This was the lowest estimate that we received for an extensive interior painting job. We were skeptical because there was a huge spread in price between him and other very quality painters that we had used previously but we thought we would try. So we said we would have him start with one room and evaluate. Sloppy, no pride in his work, not at all meticulous, would sand and not wipe down and paint over residue. We quickly cut our losses and hired a more expensive and far more professional painting company. Stay away unless you are painting your property to be able to rent or want it done cheaply.
