i had ordered in the past from a man named Charles and was very well pleased.This particular ship came to my job in Birmingham, Alabama. Like I said very well please, his address was 1317 PHONE 410-728-3690. I made another purchase and this man stated that he had not recieved no no money order. I went to the post office where i had purchase and I had to pay for then to track down and lo and behold they found it andI cal this man called Charles and gave him info and this man took me around the bush. Mine you I had paid 75:00 and that mess finally came to mei had to pay and extra 35:00 for postal. and when i open box it was running like water and smell like pure alcohol.I have relalitives that lives in Baltimore, Maryland and they checked out that building and it was condemed . I end up paying 110:00 and dont have anything.This is my ? Do Manta has anything to with this man or who is this person distributer. I started to just leave this alone but with a unprofessional like this man he need to be reported to the BBB OR TO THE POLICE IN Maryland. but I am going to the BBB FIRST BECAUSE HE NEED TO DO PEOPLE RIGHT OR GET OUT OF THIS BUISNESS THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION
