I do not recommend this company!! I have an old trailer and wanted a new unit. They came out and recommended a unit, but they didn't explain that because of the age of my trailer that the system would not keep the place heated/cooled properly. If they have been in business as long as they say, then they should have known and told me so I would not have wasted almost $4,000. When I call and talk to them, they explain that the unit is working to the proper standards but because my trailer is old and not insulated to today standards that the air goes through the roof and thin walls. Everytime its something different. If they had told me that this was a possibility up front, I wouldn't have purchased a new unit until I was able to build a new house or purchase a newer mobile home.
