A Tenant
The absolute worst property management company!! They are hostile to the tenants. When you call to report a problem, they treat you like it's your fault and try to get out of the repair. I found termites, reported it and they told me I was responsible for pest control!! Dishwasher broke and they told me it worked when I moved in. Yes, well it was circa 1975 and it's broken now. It's not just the people in the office, it's the owner, Jeff Davidson. Stay away from these people!! Rent elsewhere!!!!
