I will NEVER be dealing with Romero s Appliance again. I have dealt with them last year and i had no problems, but this time was a whole different situation. The technician was nice and helpful, but the not the ladies in the office which includs the owners wife. They just don't seem to care about me as a customer. They were rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. They don't call back and don't do what they say their going to do. By the time they come fix my A/C we will have been without it for a month. I am just so tired of dealing with them. I wish i could give them no stars.
