Wow, that's all I have to say. First, they wanted to charge us 80 dollars to pick up our mower, 80 dollars for less than 5 miles away. Are you kidding me!!!! So when we ask why so much the pick up guy calls the office and puts them on speaker phone. The lady that answered said, " charger them 50 and we will just make it up on the repair side." guess what lady. Your on speaker phone and you just admitted to jacking up the repair cost to make up for an already over priced pick up fee. Congrats on making your business look like a price gouging fiend.
