Wildfire specializes in steaks, shops and seafood, along with an assortment of fresh salads and sandwiches. Our signature dishes include Horseradish Crusted Filet Mignon, Wildfire Chopped Salad, Roasted Prime Rib of Beef and Cedar Planked Salmon. The lunch menu features pizzas and pastas from our wood burning oven, prime burgers, and more. The dinner menu features steaks & chops hand-cut by Stock Yards Packing of Chicago and aged 21-28 days until they reach their ultimate tenderness and taste, brushed with our seasoning blend and broiled over glowing embers to your preferred temperature. Signature crusts and sauces are available to enjoy on the steaks. Fresh fish and seafood is flown in daily from both coasts. We have signature combination plates available that allow our guests to enjoy a variety of our steaks, chops and fresh seafood. All of our dinners come with the choice of side to accompany. Homemade desserts are available to end the night right.
