i tried to order parts for my grasshopper.it took almost 24 hrs for someone to return my call for parts needed to fix our machine.i placed the order and they arrived aprox 07/17/13.i advised parts personel not sure if we can get there through week.we are also small businness owners.i advised them it would be sat am before we could get them.not once did he say they were closed 07/20/13.no on would come to door even to see if they could help sat.i really appreciate the wasted trip and not able to get parts needed .Troy meyer
