Misorders, delays in orders resulting in delays in home sale listing and currently an unresolved issue, lack of attention to detail in removal and new install. Lumps under carpet due to debris. Visible miscuts and splices. Using 2 width sizes of transition strip resulting of having to remove, purchase and replace ourselves. Damage to wood floor due to replacing subfloor and planking over a still damp floor. Failure to order replacement planking despite a two week lead. Unresolved
