Too many issues to list in 1500 words or less. This builder has no sense of honesty, integrity, or responsibility. So many mistakes made. We built a custom home and found out 3 weeks later that because of a mistake made in the construction of the 1300 sq ft crawl space that it was riddled with toxic mold. This builder refuses to remediate. We have had to pay the $23,000 bill to rectify the problem. Shame on him.
